Help us test the NEST directory

Thanks for being one of our first testers! This page walks you through building your organization's directory card — one voice conversation, about 20 minutes, all in your browser. Check items off as you go (your checks are saved on this device).

STEP 01

Create your account

Open nest.10xstudio.dev in Chrome, Edge, or Safari (laptop or desktop is best) Click Get started Sign up with your work email and verify with the code it sends you

STEP 02

Connect your organization

Find your organization in the list and select it Enter your role (e.g., Executive Director, Program Manager) and continue

Don't see your org? Use "Request to add it" — we review requests within one business day and email you when it's ready.

STEP 03

Start your interview

Find a quiet spot where you can talk for ~20 minutes From your dashboard, click Start your interview Allow microphone access when your browser asks

STEP 04

Have the conversation

You'll talk with Nova. She'll start with the basics — your name, organization, and role — then get to know your work. Just answer naturally, like you would with a colleague.

Talk through who you serve, what you offer, and how people should refer to you — in your own words Watch the coverage tracker on screen light up as topics get covered Mention where you're not a good fit — it makes referrals better

Tips: Take your time — pauses are fine. There are no wrong answers. If you get interrupted, you can always call again later to add more.

STEP 05

End the call & review your card

Click End call when you've covered everything (Nova will wrap up around 20 minutes) Wait ~30–60 seconds for your profile card to appear on the dashboard Read all five sections — does it sound like you? Click any field to fix anything that's off

STEP 06

Share your card

Click Share card on your dashboard — it copies your public page link Open that link in a new tab to see what other NEST members will see

Optional: Click "Call again to enrich" any time to add more to your profile.

STEP 07

Invite a teammate

If a colleague should help build or edit your organization's card, invite them — they'll get their own login tied to your org.

On your dashboard, find the Team members card and click + Invite Enter your teammate's email address and click Send invite They'll receive an email — clicking the link lets them create an account (or sign in) and join your organization Once they've joined, confirm they appear in the Team members list

Good to know: Only the account that claimed the organization can send invites. Each invite is tied to the email you entered and expires in 14 days. If the email doesn't arrive, the dashboard shows a link you can copy and send directly.
